As a Consultant Nurse, I have nearly three decades of experience in the NHS as a senior nursing leader. I was nominated for an RCNi Nursing award in 2016 and I am currently chair of the Royal College of Nursing Women’s Health Forum and a member of the steering committee of the national Menstrual Health Coalition. I am currently funded to research 'The working lives of menopausal women in the NHS'.

I am also a full Certified Coach and have trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

I bring all of this experience to bear in my coaching, training and consulting work and share my expertise and knowledge with clients through my FluxSters membership programme.
